ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Develop sales strategies and set profit targets in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee and coordinate communication between customers and internal teams, providing guidance to Account Executives and project teams.
- Monitor and report project progress to clients, team members, and senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, aged not over 32 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in Marketing within Event Management or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Cheerful personality, self-motivated, collaborative, and able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High energy level with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and achieving revenue goals.
