Event Coordinator/Project Coordinator [Temporary 6 Months]

Event Coordinator/Project Coordinator/Account Executive :  [Good command of English.]

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned international projects and ensure they align with the plan (Pre – Pro – Post Event)

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as clients and suppliers

  • Analyze and plan assigned tasks effectively

  • Prepare meeting reports and other project-related documents for coordination

  • Handle risks, changes, and issues within the assigned projects

  • Plan events, manage budgets, and coordinate with both internal and external teams


Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, aged between 22–28 years old

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Experience in event management and client/supplier coordination is a plus

  • Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Team player with good coordination and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet usage

  • Able to handle problems and work well under pressure
