Event Coordinator/Project Coordinator/Account Executive : [Good command of English.]
Responsibilities:

Manage assigned international projects and ensure they align with the plan (Pre – Pro – Post Event)

Coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as clients and suppliers

Analyze and plan assigned tasks effectively
-
Prepare meeting reports and other project-related documents for coordination
-
Handle risks, changes, and issues within the assigned projects
-
Plan events, manage budgets, and coordinate with both internal and external teams
Qualifications:
-
Male or Female, aged between 22–28 years old
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
-
Experience in event management and client/supplier coordination is a plus
-
Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
-
Strong communication and coordination skills
-
Team player with good coordination and presentation skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet usage

Able to handle problems and work well under pressure
