Job description:-
  • Prepare information before make invoice
  • Brain storm (AE/PROJECT EXECUTIVE/DIRECTOR/PRODUCTION-CO)
  • Handle invoice to AE present to customer
  • Coordinate (price, quality and delivery) with supplier
  • Arrange and follow up for purchasing budget and conclude overall budget (Cost control sheet)
Qualifications:-
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field
  • 1-2 years experiences in managing team, scheduling/traffic of equipments and purchasing
  • Must be able to collaborate and communicate with people at all levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities
  • Proactive, solution-thinking and innovative approach
  • Self-motivated with achievement-oriented
  • Team leader as well as a team player
