Job description:-

•Prepare information before make invoice
•Brain storm (AE/PROJECT EXECUTIVE/DIRECTOR/PRODUCTION-CO)
•Handle invoice to AE present to customer
•Coordinate (price, quality and delivery) with supplier
•Arrange and follow up for purchasing budget and conclude overall budget (Cost control sheet)

Qualifications:-

•Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field
•1-2 years experiences in managing team, scheduling/traffic of equipments and purchasing
•Must be able to collaborate and communicate with people at all levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities
•Proactive, solution-thinking and innovative approach
•Self-motivated with achievement-oriented
•Team leader as well as a team player
